We don’t have a call centre, we have a small, stable team of people that you will quickly get to know and who consequently will feel accountable to you.
We are of course committed to speedy and clear responses to requests. Our measure of this though isn’t just a few call centre and help desk stats, but whether our resellers and our shared customers are satisfied with the response, not just how fast it is delivered.
